About RallyRates

RallyRates is an independent mortgage-rate publisher. We gather rates that lenders already post publicly and present them plainly, sorted lowest-APR-first, so you can see where the market is without handing over your name, email, or phone number.

We report where rates are — we don't route you to a lender or take a cut of your loan. There are no application links, no "get matched," and no lead generation.

How we source rates

Named lenders: polite, one-request-a-day monitors of lenders' own public rate pages. If a page is blocked or requires personal details to see a rate, we skip it — a block is a "no." We are a monitor, not a scraper.
Market benchmarks: public data — Freddie Mac PMMS, the Optimal Blue Mortgage Market Indices (OBMMI), and U.S. Treasury yields, via the St. Louis Fed's FRED.

Not all lenders or offers are shown. Rates are as of the timestamp on each figure and change constantly; confirm any rate with the lender before relying on it.

How we stay free — and neutral

RallyRates is free and ad-supported. Our ranking is walled off from anyone's money: we take no payment from the lenders we list, and no amount of payment can move a lender up the board. The lowest APR ranks first, period. This neutrality is the whole point — it's what lets us report the market straight.
