This website (rallyrates.com, "RallyRates," "we," "us") is operated by A.I. Sciences LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

RallyRates is a neutral rate publisher. We are not a lender or a mortgage broker; we do not originate, broker, or arrange loans. The rates, APRs, payments, and benchmarks shown are for general informational and comparison purposes only. They are not offers or commitments to lend, not financial, legal, or tax advice, and not a substitute for a personalized quote from a licensed lender.

3. Accuracy, timeliness, and availability

Rates are gathered from lenders' own public pages and from public data sources, and are shown "as of" the timestamp on each figure. Mortgage rates change constantly and vary with credit, loan amount, loan-to-value, occupancy, points, and other factors. Figures may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and not all lenders or offers are shown. Always confirm the current rate and terms directly with the lender before acting.

4. No warranties

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A.I. Sciences LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on any rate, benchmark, or other content on the site.

6. Third-party links and advertising

The site links to lenders' and data providers' websites and displays third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or their content, products, or privacy practices. Links and ads are not endorsements. How lenders are ranked on the board is determined solely by objective criteria (lowest APR first) and is never influenced by advertising or payment.

You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that burdens the service.
