RallyRates is a rate board, not a lead generator. There is no sign-up, no login, and no "get a quote" form. We do not ask you for, collect, or store your name, email address, phone number, Social Security number, income, or any other personal or financial application information, and we never sell or share such information with lenders — because we never have it.

2. Basic server logs

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in server logs for security, diagnostics, and aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use this to identify you personally.
